NO-RETURNS, NO-EXCHANGES & FINAL SALE POLICY

1. All Sales Are Final

At B&T Underwear, we prioritize the hygiene, safety, and
satisfaction of our customers. Due to the intimate nature of underwear and
personal apparel, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges,
or refunds for reasons of personal preference, incorrect size selection, change
of mind, or buyer’s remorse, except where required by applicable law.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing product
descriptions, sizing charts, colours, and order details before completing their
purchase.

2. Hygiene and Sanitary Restrictions

For hygiene and sanitary reasons, underwear that has been
worn, washed, used, opened where applicable, or removed from its original
protective hygiene seal cannot be returned or exchanged, except where required
by law.

This policy is intended to protect the health and safety of
all customers and to prevent the resale of intimate apparel that may no longer
be suitable for resale.

3. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged upon
arrival, or different from the item you ordered, please contact B&T
Underwear at info@btunderwear.com within seven (7) calendar
days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number.
• A description of the problem.
• Clear photographs of the item and its packaging, where applicable.

We will review your claim and, where appropriate, provide a
replacement, repair, refund, or another remedy as required by applicable law.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights
or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

4. Order Cancellations and Changes

Orders may be processed shortly after payment is completed.
Customers should contact us as soon as possible if they wish to request a
cancellation or modification.

We cannot guarantee that a cancellation or modification will
be possible once an order has been processed, dispatched, or shipped. Any
cancellation rights required by applicable law will be respected.

5. Shipping and Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery
period, please contact our customer service team so we can investigate.

If an order is lost, not delivered, or significantly
delayed, B&T Underwear will address the issue in accordance with applicable
law. This policy does not eliminate any refund or cancellation rights that may
apply to undelivered merchandise.

6. Promotions, Discounted Products, and Clearance Items

Unless otherwise stated or required by law, promotional,
discounted, and clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for
returns, exchanges, or refunds due to a change of mind or incorrect size
selection.

This restriction does not apply where a remedy is legally
required, including for qualifying defective, damaged, misrepresented, or
undelivered merchandise.

7. Canada and United States Consumer Rights

This policy applies to purchases made in Canada and the
United States, subject to the applicable federal, provincial, territorial, and
state consumer protection laws.

Where mandatory law grants a customer a right to cancel an
order, return an item, receive a refund, or obtain another remedy, that legal
right will take precedence over this policy.

Nothing in this policy is intended to waive, exclude, or
restrict any consumer right that cannot legally be waived, excluded, or
restricted.
